My past life regression therapy I had with Heather has since had a very positive impact on my life.I initially sought Heathers help as I had lost direction in my life lacking in confidence & self esteem.

I was a little sceptical at first not knowing what to expect but my fears soon disappeared .I found the therapy extremely relaxing and it was wonderful to let go for a while of the stresses & strains of every day life. Since the Therapy I have felt a lot more positive and stronger,I have started to move forward with my life & have even put future goals in place for me to work towards.The therapy has also helped me with a life long fear I had of the dark which is quite embarrassing to admit to when you are 43 .I can actually go to bed now with the light off & feel totally relaxed.

I highly recommend Heather she is very professional & put me at ease straight away in a relaxed and calming atmosphere. Heather Your help is very much appreciated.
